Radio Show!

Just letting everyone know that I now have a radio show thanks to Cal State Fullerton.

It is called the Cover 2 and is on every Tuesday at 10 am. To listen to it, just go to titanradio.org and click on Listen Live.
I am so pumped for this as it is something I really want to do when I get older. All NFL all the time baby. Only 30 minutes right now, but with experience I can get 1 hour shows.

It's Been Awhile!

Just checking in to blog world since it has been so long since I have last written!
It is pretty late and I can't really sleep, so I am just trying to think of something to write about.

It has been summer for a little bit now and that only means one thing!
Nothing exciting to watch (sports wise)

Sure, there is baseball on every single day until November, and I occasionally watch it for fantasy baseball reasons, but that is all.

Football season cannot come soon enough, and neither can the Chargers potential Super Bowl victory. I am calling it right now...

Anyway, July will be great 'cause once again Megan and I (and maybe others) will travel down to San Diego for a night and watch a couple Chargers practices. It is always a blast watching DARYYYYYYYYYY
the chargers practice and even getting an opportunity to talk to a couple of players.

Oh yeah, and I bought season tickets this year for people who do not know :)

Everybodys working for the weekend!

Not me anymore! Football season is over :'-(

Man, when football ends, it ends HARD. Why?
Well...
it ends with spring semester in full swing
it ends with the NBA season more than halfway done, and just finished having a really lame all star weeked (exception being horse :D)
it ends with baseball once again taking over for 6 months of the year. The only good thing about baseball is MLB: The Show for the PS3.
it ends with the Steelers winning the Super Bowl. So gay.

Its okay though. Only...
4 days until the Combine
10 days untile Free Agency begins
68 days until the NFL Draft
173 days until the Hall of Fame game
201 days until the NFL Opening Weekend

A New Semester Starts For Me Tomorrow

This seemed like the longest break from school that I have ever had. I always like going back to school after breaks, because it helps keep the crazy spending I do with money down. I tend to focus on school more, and never am bored, and when I am bored I spend money.

I am also going to be doing a LOT of sports this semester and am so excited.
My Schedule is this:
Tu and Th - 11:30 - 3:45
Plus one online class.

Sports:
Monday nights - Intramural Flag Football
Tuesday nights - Intramural 5 on 5 Basketball
Saturday mornings - Top Gun Flag football

I just got so excited as I typed all of that woo!

Of course, I am sure 3 weeks in to school, I will be wanting it to be over

I Like Our Chances...

Well the season is over for the San Diego Chargers.
While I am sad and angry at the same time, it was a very good season. Why? Well... the Chargers started 4 - 8. 4 and fucking 8. Wow.

The season was pretty much done at that point, but thanks to a monumental collapse by the Denver Broncos we made it into the playoffs and once again beat the Colts.
Success.

Next year...
Could be even better.

For one thing, Shawne Merriman will be back and I finally found out how much he means to our defense. Antonio Cromartie... not so much.

So... Merriman will be back.
Rivers is amazing.
The last thing is... LT

He might be gone next year because of his falling production and constantly being injured. Sproles is supposed to be a free agent and he might ask for quite a bit of money after his hot streak near the end of the season. So if we keep Sproles we might have to let someone go, and it might be LT.

Anyway... I know in the next coming years a super bowl will come to San Diego.
